M-SNAP Program Receives National Attention

M-SNAP, the Mountaineer Spay-Neuter Assistance Program, was recently recognized in the newsletter of the International Society for Animal Rights for its efforts to hold a candlelight vigil in Morgantown on August 15th of this year.  More than 50 people attended the vigil to call attention to the problem of homeless animals and to focus on positive solutions like spay/neuter programs.  M-SNAP provides vouchers to provide financial support to families that could not finance this operation on their own.
